Shoulder turn is a misnomer. Just because you’ve turned your shoulders doesn’t mean you’ve made the proper movement. It’s a TORSO ROTATION. Watch the pros. Think of an imaginary midline running down the center of the body from the neck to the pelvis. It’s the rotation of the entire torso and the upper spine around that imaginary line that gives you the coil and uncoil. In golf fitness we teach the exercises necessary to make this happen.
